Gambling is legal in all but two states: Hawaii and Utah. These states have a large Mormon population and their laws and regulations are based on their personal beliefs. In Hawaii, residents worry about the negative effects gambling can have on their family relationships. Idaho, on the other hand, has little interest in allowing gambling. However, the law has no restrictions on gambling in the state. As long as you don’t have any problems registering, you should be able to gamble legally.
